The CEO of SnoopWall, Inc. and a co-inventor of the company’s innovative breach prevention technologies, Gary is a cyber-security expert and a frequent invited guest on national and international media, commenting on mobile privacy, cyber security, cyber crime and cyber terrorism. He has appeared on ABC, CBS, Fox News, CNN, and has been quoted in Fortune and Forbes magazines. He has been extremely active in the INFOSEC arena, and is an active member of Phi Beta Cyber Society, an organization dedicated to helping high school students become cyber security professionals and ethical hackers. He founded and remains the Executive Producer of Cyber Defense Magazine. Miliefsky is a Founding Member of the US Department of Homeland Security, the National Information Security Group and other data security organizations. He also assisted the National Infrastructure Advisory Council (NIAC), which operates within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, in their development of The National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace as well as the Center for the Study of Counter-Terrorism and Cyber Crime at Norwich University. Previously, Gary has been founder and/or inventor for technologies and corporations sold and licensed to Hexis Cyber, Intel/McAfee, IBM, Computer Associates and BlackBox Corporation.


Chief Technology Officer, LightRiver

With LightRiver since 2004, as Chief Technology Officer, Dean is responsible for the development of LightRiver’s product and technology solutions portfolio, translating complex solutions into clear value propositions relevant to LightRiver markets. He leads the Pre-sales Engineering and the Project Management teams and maintains technical relationships with LightRiver’s vendor partners. Throughout his career, Dean’s focus on technology as an enabler has always been paired with the recognition that the human side of the equation is equally important.

Dean brings over 20 years of IT management, software applications development, and large-scale data-networking experience to LightRiver, has held leadership roles across the technology value chain, and was a pioneer in the development of E-commerce infrastructures, working with established and start-up organizations.

Dean holds a BA in Computer Sciences from Rutgers University, as well as multiple technology certifications including, but not limited to, Carrier Ethernet Professional and PMP Project Management.


Director of Product Line Management in the Networking Platforms Division, Ciena

Patrick Scully, P. Eng., MBA, has been involved in the research and development of optical network solutions for 20 years. In his current role as Director of Product Line Management in the Networking Platforms Division at Ciena (, his area of expertise is focused around the architecture of packet optical networks and the development and introduction of network security and media solutions addressing the needs of enterprises and service providers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and a master’s degree in business administration (international affairs) from University of Ottawa.


Cloud Architect for Zerto

Michael Lebo has held a number of positions with Zerto, starting as a Technical Support Engineer, an Implementation Engineer, and most recently a Cloud Architect. In his current role, he provides technical guidance and support of sales efforts and reviews DR proof of concept solutions with the Zerto sales team. He also drives on-boarding and training, enabling engineers, sales persons, program managers, operations teams and others to deliver Zerto-based DR-as-a-Service solutions to the market. He previously served as a Storage Engineer and Field Engineer for BL Trading and has served in other technical support roles.

Since June of 2016, Mark Anderson has been the CTO of I-Comm Connect. It’s flagship product, TACTAL, instantly and seamlessly connects customers to businesses with one touch of a button. TACTAL’s patent-protected VoIP technology allows any business to place a ‘Call Now’ button on their website or mobile app as a means for customer contact. With one click, a call is instantly initiated through the browser between the customer and intended business recipient. The customer needs only a simple internet connection and the VoIP call is free of charge from anywhere in the world. Mark has also previously served as Director of IT for LeachGarner in Attleboro, Mass; Senior Service Delivery Coordinator for CSC in Bath, Maine; and Director of Information Technology at Formed Fiber Technologies in Auburn, Maine.

Mark has served at Maine Veterans’ Homes since 2012. He has 20 plus years of experience in IT, marketing, and strategic planning, including 15 years leading the selection, development, and deployment of computer systems in healthcare, and has served in various IT roles at Martin’s Point Health Care, UNUM, and LL Bean. Mark has worn many hats in his career as programmer, project manager, merchandise manager, board member, and leader of IT teams.
